Lancer Warranty Procedures

Lancer Corporation has a one (1) year replacement parts warranty program, (labor not included) on all new equipment manufactured by the Lancer Corporation. There is an additional four (4) year warranty on all hermetically sealed refrigeration systems manufactured by Lancer Corporation. There is a ninety (90) day warranty period for purchased replacement parts. Warranty period begins at the time of shipment from a Lancer facility.

  • The agent must contact Lancer Customer Support/Warranty Department. Will need the unit serial number or the CCF bar code number for unit identification and warranty verification.
  • Once the problem has been identified and the warranty status verified, a replacement part(s) will be shipped to the agent. Replacement parts will be billed to the agent’s account at a $0.00 price (necessary for tracking purposes). If the agent does not have an account, one may be established through our credit department or the parts can be shipped C.O.D.
  • An RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number will be issued and provided to the agent. This RGA number must be used when returning warranty parts for credit. The RGA must be clearly marked on the outside of all boxes being returned. Boxes being received without RGA identification may be refused and returned to sender.
  • All parts will be shipped via UPS ground, or regular ground freight (determined by the weight or size). Overnight delivery such as FedEx or UPS Next Day) are available for an additional charge. All parts are shipped out Pre-Paid. All parts should be returned freight Pre-Paid.
  • Warranty replacement parts should ship within 24 hours; in most cases the replacement parts will ship the same day. In the event the parts are not available, the agent will be informed and provided with an expected ship date.
  • All warranty parts must be returned with 30 days of receipt unless other instructions are given. If the parts are not returned, the customer’s account will be billed for the non-returned parts at their established price.
  • (Note:) This document is only intended to demonstrate the warranty return process and procedures and does not supersede or override Lancer’s current published Warranty documents.
